ORANGE COOKIES {WITH CAKE MIX}

ORANGE COOKIES RECIPE- Quick, easy, soft and chewy, best, old fashioned, homemade with simple ingredients. Crispy on the outside. A doctored cake mix recipe, loaded with orange zest, extract, orange juice. Can be frosted or dipped in chocolate. Can also add cranberries or chocolate chips.

INGREDIENTS

1/3 cup Oil

2 Eggs Large

1 tbsp Orange zest

2 tbsp Orange juice

2 tsp Orange extract

Orange gel coloring

1 box Yellow cake mix Use orange cake mix, if you can find it.

1 cup Granulated sugar For rolling cookie dough balls

Orange buttercream frosting Optional, For icing top of cookies

INSTRUCTIONS

In a large mixing bowl, add oil, eggs, orange zest, orange juice, orange extract, orange gel coloring and mix until fluffy.
